Sunday Checklist

45 min before

• Computer on, projector/TV on, correct input
• This week’s project open, scenes match the run sheet
• Song list checked against the worship leader’s set
• Sermon slides are in the project
• Announcements are this week’s, not last week’s
• Any video plays, with sound, at the right level
• Internet connection working

15 min before

This block is mostly talking to people.

• Worship leader: song order confirmed, any repeats or changes
• Preacher: slides confirmed, any passage on screen
• Service leader: anything unusual today
• Sound: anything with audio flagged
• Output on the projector, full screen, no browser bars
• Countdown or holding scene up
• Phone remote open and tested if you’re using it
• Phone on silent, drink away from the desk

If it goes wrong

• Blank or hold first, fix second
• 30 seconds max before you stop trying and get help
• Diagnose before unplugging: app, cable, or projector?
• Tell someone. Never hide it.

After

• Blank or holding scene, then shut down in order
• Any new songs saved to the Songbook with correct titles
• Anything broken written in the incident log
• Two-minute debrief: one thing that went well, one to fix
