Level 4: Ministry Leader
As the Ministry Leader, you make sure the team runs well whether or not you’re in the building.

Modules
Section titled “Modules”M4.1 Leading in this church
The church’s own ministry leadership development. This is a leadership role that happens to involve a projector.
M4.2 The rota
Owning the rota for a season: building it ahead, chasing gaps, and making sure nobody serves every week.
M4.3 Hard conversations
The conversations you’re dreading: underperformance, someone in the wrong role, two volunteers who clash.
M4.4 Recruiting
Spotting people in the congregation and asking them, honestly, without underselling the commitment to get a yes.
M4.5 Growing a Mentor
Taking a Level 2 through to Mentor. That means teaching foresight, which is the hard part.
M4.6 The kit plan
What we own, how old it is, what fails next and what it costs, taken to church leadership before anything dies.
M4.7 Build one system that outlives you
Pick one thing, the training pack, the checklist, this pathway, and make it good enough that the next lead inherits it.
M4.8 Looking outward
Talking to a lead from another church running a similar setup, and bringing back things we should change.
