How to use this guide

Section titled “How to use this guide”

In this Setup section (see left panel), each equipment is split into their own page.

Each page should be structured very similarly:

  1. Checklist
    This is a quick access reference that you can tick to make sure everything is setup properly

  2. Placement
    This section explains where the equipment should be placed

  3. Setup
    This section contains the bulk of the explanation of how and why things are setup as they are

  4. Step by step
    This is the section you can follow step-by-step on the day itself. Each item should also have extra information for clarify. Click on them to reveal the details.

Ownership

Section titled “Ownership”

Each item here represents a whole task ownership. So each tab will be assigned to someone. And each person can/will have multiple of these.

There should also be someone assigned for each of the Roles in the left panel.

  • Complete equipment setup and teardown
  • Ensure proper storage after use
  • See each item for more details
